A Unique Belt Drive System - The 1200 Grain Cart incorporates a belt drive to engage the drag auger. The soft start system uses a hydraulic actuated belt tensioner and a slip clutch that has a 200 H.P. rating to ensure smooth operation.

Hydraulic Drive Option - The hydraulic drive option allows farmers to operate the 1200 Grain Cart with a tractor without a PTO drive. The drag auger and verticle auger are driven by hydraulic motors, each offering independent control through separate hydraulic remotes on the tractor. The turret auger is connected to the vertical auger by a gearbox.

Smooth Operation - All auger flightings are balanced and ride on bearings for smooth and quiet operation. By suspending the auger flightings on bearings, the life expectancy of the auger tubes and flighting is greatly increased.

Abrasion Resistant Flighting - The vertical auger has a 1/4” thick abrasion resistant sectional flighting at the intake and discharge ends. The remainder of the auger has a 3/16” thick ribbon flighting added to the outside of the existing 5/16” thick flighting to ensure a long auger life.

Quality Drive Line - The unloading system will auger millions of bushels without repair. Quality components are used throughout the 1200 Grain Cart to ensure reliability and durability. An overrunning slip clutch provides protection on the main drive shaft. Oversized gear boxes with hardened keys, constant velocity joints, and rubber dampening units can be found on the vertical and turret augers.

Turret Design - The turret style unloading auger allows grain to be placed accurately when cart to truck alignment is less than perfect. It also makes topping off a load a manageable task. With a nearly horizontal turret unloading auger, the operator also avoids the potential contact between the auger housing and grain truck.

Complete Clean Out - The 1200 Grain Cart features a system which allows complete clean out for both the auger and tank. Underside trap doors can be opened to empty the contents through the 6” x 56” (152 x 1420mm) openings. This allows for fast cart unloading when using a pit.
