A precise, finely pitched auger pulls seed from a large,
flow-through sump and pushes it through a metering
orifice. |
| The pitch of the auger
then abruptly increases as the seed is carried to
the product transfer line. This system is highly
accurate, even with fine seeds. The sump can be opened
for complete tank clean-out and metering auger inspection. |

Power
Hydraulic Calibration System
Install the calibration boxes underneath one or more of the
calibration ports and turn on the hydraulic motor to obtain
a sample. The speed and ease of calibration allows you to
obtain a larger, more accurate sample. |

The output rate is adjusted by turning the crank at the top of the transmission case.

Optional
Cab Rate Adjust - CRA
The metering rate can be adjusted for each metering auger,
on-the-go, from the tractor cab. An electric actuator mounted
on each transmission will remotely change the metering
rate. A control panel is also located on the tank for convenient
rate changes during calibration.
Optional
Zone Rate Control - ZRC
Zone Rate Control allows for all metering augers in
operation to be adjusted at the same ratio by a single
control. Five different zones can be programmed by
the operator, and adjusted on-the-go for simple yet
precise rate changes. An electric actuator mounted
on each transmission will remotely change the metering
rate. |
On-the-go
rate adjustment is also available in two variations:
CRA - Cab
Rate Adjust for independent control of each metering auger
ZRC - Zone
Rate Control for programmed rate zones which applies the
same rate change by ratio to all the augers as a group. |

A revolutionary new feature for the 6000 Series Air Seeder
is the hydraulic powered Seed Bag Lift System. You no
longer have to endanger your safety by lugging heavy
seed bags up the tank stairs. The lift system is rated
for a 250 lbs (113 kgs) load, or about five 55 lb seed
bags, from the ground to the top of the tank.
Caution: This
feature is not intended for the elevation of anything except seed
bags. |
