This exclusive feature will essentially double the effective life of the harrow tines. This, along with other features designed into the 7200, helps the farmer reduce operation costs. Cab-Adjust Tine Angle Bourgault 7200 uses a patented rockshaft design with 3 series cylinders to control the tine angle adjustment. It is this feature that allows narrower 6’ sections for improved contourability. Competitors with hydraulic tine control have a cylinder for each section, requiring large harrow sections and up to 7 cylinders. Degelman’s optional hydraulic tine control uses cylinders in parallel. In this arrangement, tine angle may not be synchronized, sacrificing uniformity and quality.
