Production Tier IV Supervisor
(NCP Tillage CTR Assembly)
BASIC PURPOSE:
This position is for the Production Tier IV Supervisor, NCP Tillage CTR Assembly.
To provide specific, day to day guidance and direction to a production team, including planning, organizing and team leading. To assist the VSL in planning for future production requirements.
DUTIES:
To assign work among the members of their team, taking into account the individual skills of each member. Organize the work by ensuring that the materials, tooling and equipment necessary to do the job are in place. To provide assistance to team members in the performance of the work by demonstrating how best to perform and also by checking the quality of their work. To perform hands-on duties, when time permits. To assist the VSL in planning for future production requirements. Shift work required.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Assembly and/or supervision experience required
Strong interpersonal skills
Good organizations skills
Equipment and process knowledge
Minimum 7 years of experience in a production related area.
