The 9820 is an excellent fertilizer applicator when minimal disturbance is a must.

The coulter’s slicing action permits the 9820 to apply
the fertilizer in the “root zone” of hay or crop land without damage to the vegetation.

The 9820 is a 3-plex rigid hitch unit that was offered in sizes from 28’ to 40’.

When fertilizing hay or crop land the coulter provides efficient nitrogen placement with minimal disturbance.

In locations where soil moisture is at a premium, these machines apply fertilizer with minimal moisture loss. Banding has proven to be a more efficient method of applying fertilizer when compared to spreading.
