Frame Design - The 8810 frame is designed to handle heavy tillage operations, as well as MRBs and field markers.

• 5 row truss type construction
• 4" x 4" x ¼" structural tubing rows with 2" x 2" x ¼" tubing stringers.

Low Maintenance - Wear points are protected with; nylon case harden steel or composite bushings on chrome pins.  These features allow the 8810 to require less grease locations and longer greasing intervals. 

Dependable Running Gear -  The 6000lb hubs are fitted with triple lip seal pressed into the hub to prevent damage from debris wrapping. Bearings can be over-pumped with grease without damage to the seals.

Excellent Contouring Characteristics - The ability to follow field contours is related to frame depth and wheel position. Front castor wheels are positioned close to the front row, and the walking axle centred in the frame to realize a short contour depth. 

Superior & Dependable Hydraulic System - Bourgault tillage units are designed with a master - slave system to control the operating depth (either single or dual-series). This approach avoids the use of complex linkage systems that wear and stretch, dramatically affecting the depth control.

Single Point Depth Control - The Bourgault Quick Shift Adjust provides easy and effective single-point depth control.

Bourgault Titan™ Mounting Arms

• The unique force and harrow height adjustment mechanism, with 6 easy settings, requires no wrenches.
• The heavy compression spring assures you of all the down force required and provides for an obstacle clearance of 22" (.56 m).
• Two styles available:
  • Quick Adjust - includes the force and harrow height adjustment mechanism.
  • Quick Adjust/Detach (QD) - includes the force and harrow height adjustment mechanism and a quick-attach bracket which allows you to convert between harrows and mounted packers in minutes.

Independent Mounted Packers

• Independent poly-packers excel if seeding in stony land. Each poly packer wheel is mounted on a gang with its own spring cushion and sealed ball bearings.
• Independent movement on each wheel ensures more uniform packing for a more consistent crop emergence.

Gang Style Mounted Packer

• Gang style poly-packers are ideal where moderate packing is required for breaking soil lumps and sealing the seedbed.
• The 20" (58 mm) diameter durable polyethylene packers are mounted on a 1" (25 mm) shaft and heavy-duty pillow block bearings.

Heavy Duty Gang Style Mounted Packers

• Achieve near-drill like packing results with your 10" (254 mm) spaced units.
• The 22" (559 mm) diameter packers are available in 2¼" (57 mm) & 3½" (89 mm) steel, 2" (51 mm) & 3" (76 mm) semi-pneumatic, and 5½" (140 mm) wide pneumatic wheels. 
• Mid Row Banders^® or a weight kit is required to offset the weight on the back.

Mounted Harrows

• 3 Bar Harrow - 3/8" x 16" double tines with 9" centres with 3" overall spacing.
• 3 Bar Heavy Duty Harrow - 1/2" x 20" double tines with 8" centres with 2.66" overall spacing.
• 4 Bar Harrow -  7/16" x 16" double tines on 8" centres with 2" overall spacing.

Additional Optional Attachments

• Eliminate side hill skewing with Side Draft Eliminators.
• Keep your wheel clean in wet conditions with Spring Action Mud Scrapers.
• The adaptable Mounted Trailing Hitch allows operators to attach carts behind Bourgault tillage units.
