- Contour-ability & Consistency - The walking axle design splits the opener downforce, one third at the cleaner wheel and two thirds at the packer wheel during typical operation. When obstacles, or last season’s furrows are encountered, the vertical movement of the coulter is reduced by approximately half due to the walking axle motion, resulting in unprecedented seed depth consistency.
- Seed Depth Adjustment - The depth adjustment provides seed depth changes in ¼" (6 mm) increments for a total of 4" (102 mm) of adjustment.
- On-The-Fly Hydraulic Control -The Model 410 Control Box provides precise electric-over-hydraulic control. Apply up to 450 lb (204kg) of opener down force, with 70 to 230 lb (32 to 104 kg) of packer wheel down force, along with 30 to 100 lb (14 to 45 kg) of cleaner wheel down force on each seed row!
