Since 2021, Bourgault has partnered with Agtron to provide factory installation of the Legend Advanced full-run flow sensing systems, delivering exceptional accuracy and real-time monitoring of seed and fertilizer application. This system leverages cutting-edge technology, using four infrared optical “eyes” per sensor to scan 15,000 times per second for unparalleled precision.

Easy App Setup: A simple, user-friendly app setup wizard ensures a smooth, stress-free installation experience.
Large machine capacity: Monitor up to 240 individual runs in real time—matching our largest 100-ft drills on 10-inch spacing in double-shoot configuration.

This past July, Agtron transitioned to new ownership, with long-time employee Ryan Pilot taking the helm as Owner and President. With his background in Research & Development he is committed to elevating and refining their product lines and enhancing customer satisfaction. His leadership has already accelerated a collaborative approach with Bourgault Engineers, driving key changes for their next software release for Spring 2025 to both improve set-up and diagnostics:
