Accuracy
- Heavy Duty Magnetic Clutch - Extra heavy duty Warner magnetic clutch (rated at a static torque of 70 ft.-lbs.) turns metering on and off. The control box has a visual reminder so you can tell at a glance if the metering is on. An auxiliary clutch is available for independent control of the rear meter.
- High Performance Cessna Piston Motor - The 18" radial blade fan is hydraulically powered by a high precision Cessna piston motor. This motor has a rated life of 15,000 hours at 2,500 psi and 3,000 rpm.
- Kohler 20HP Gas Drive - A Kohler Gas Engine with a Donaldson Cyclo Pak Dual Element air cleaner for optional mechanical drive.
- Fast Metering Rate Change - The "wrenchless" quick change sprocket system allows for rate changes in less than two minutes.
- Hook Up Is Quick and Easy - It takes less than five minutes to hook up to your cultivator. Tighten the clamp on the Single Transfer Line, re-attach the hydraulic and electrical quick couplers and you're ready to go.
- Conveniently Located Auger/Blower Selector Valve - Control valve selects either the hydraulic blower or load/unload auger. There is no need to shut the blower down at the tractor on hydraulic units, as selecting the auger turns the blower off. Load the unit, close the lids and check the system by again selecting the blower mode without having to go back to the tractor.
- Dual Shoot Seed Or Fertilizer And Granular Herbicide - This optional attachment converts a single shoot to dual shoot in a matter of minutes. An optional auxiliary clutch is available to control the rear meter independent of the front meter.
- Full Meter Calibration To Ensure Seeding Accuracy - Calibration ports are located under each metering auger and the entire output of each auger is collected using specially designed boxes. This technique eliminates the error inherent with collecting a small sample from only one boot.
