The optional Heavy-Duty Rear Tow Hitch is designed to pull even the largest air carts and liquid carts without overstressing the frame.

The Rear Tow Hitch is solidly tied into the main beams of the frame for effective distribution of force through the frame to the chisel plow or cultivator hitch.
The hitch tongue height can be adjusted to match a wide range of towed implements.
Mount plates are included for installing Bourgault air kits on the cultivator. It also houses the brackets for auxiliary hydraulic line couplers.
Available with auxiliary hydraulic plumbing package.

Quick Change & Adjustment

Bourgault Titan™ Mounting Arms are designed for quick and easy attachment or interchange of mounted harrows and packers to accomplish various operations with the same unit.

Two styles are available:

Quick Adjust (QA) this style includes the force and harrow height adjustment mechanism; and,
Quick Adjust/Detach (QD) this style includes the force and harrow height adjustment mechanism, plus a quick-attach bracket which allows you to convert between harrows and mounted packers in minutes.

The Titan™ Mounting Arm option provides an economical solution for Farmers to easily switch attachments for any of the following operations:

on-row packing;
conventional air seeding;
banding fertilizer (knives);
applying fertilizer (sweeps);
incorporating herbicide;
general tilling operations.

Two-Stage Spring Arrangement

The Titan™ Quick-Detach Arm design uses two springs of different stiffness to provide the correct downforce regardless of the device on the mounting arm. With the harrows in place, the lighter spring allows for a reduced downforce to avoid straw bunching, however, when a higher packing force is required, the heavier spring takes over.

Six harrow working height adjustments, plus float and lockout positions.
Arm Pivot incorporates a ⅞” (11mm) grade 8 bolt and a nylon bushing for long life. When wear inevitably occurs, the bushings and pivot bolts are easily and economically replaced.

Achieve Uniform Field Finish

Mounted Tine Harrows allow you to break up lumps and/or, lightly seal the seedbed in a seeding operation. Five different tine settings allow you to set the angle to match your operation and conditions.

Choose from:

4-Bar Mounted Harrows - feature ⁷⁄₁₆" (11mm) x 16" (406mm) long tynes on a 2" (50mm) overall spacing;
3-Bar Heavy-Duty Mounted Harrows - feature ½" (13mm) x 20" (508mm) long tines on a 3⅛" (80mm) overall spacing.

Gang-Style Poly Mounted Packers

Ideal for 8910 seeding systems where moderate packing is required for breaking up soil lumps and sealing the seedbed. The 20" (508mm) diameter durable polyethylene packers are mounted on a 1" shaft and heavy-duty pillow block bearings.

Independent movement for more uniform packing

Independent Poly Mounted Packers

Achieve even packing behind your 8910 Cultivator. Each wheel is mounted on a gang with its own spring cushion and sealed ball bearings. Independent movement on each wheel ensures more uniform packing for a more consistent crop emergence.

Heavy-Duty Mounted Packers

Realize near drill-like packing results with your 10" (254mm) spaced 8910 Cultivator seeding system. The 22" (560mm) diameter packers are available in 2¼" (57mm) and 3½" (89mm) steel, 2" (50mm) & 3" (76mm) semi-pneumatic and 5½" (140mm) wide pneumatic wheels.

Mid Row Banders^®, or a weight kit, is required to offset the weight of the packers.

Adjustable Rate Packing

Vary the down pressure to meet changing field and moisture conditions.

Poly Mounted Packers apply from 14 kg - 23 kg/wheel of packing force;
Heavy-Duty Mounted Packers apply from 23 kg - 41 kg/wheel of packing force;
Easy adjustment of up to 250 kg of downforce per Titan™ Arm.

Mud Scrapers

Keep Tyres Clean in Wet Conditions

In wet conditions, use Bourgault mud scrapers to clean off the tires and maintain a consistent working depth.

Adjustable fixed position allows you to set clearance to the tyre.
